- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well the doctor was good, however the billing department and office were insufficient! I am still trying to get a bill paid and submit a deducible to my insurance. I have spent hours (12 so far) trying to get the CORRECT forms. The billing department does not call back, I need to call to follow up. When I do, I get someone else who has no knowledge of my issue, I have repeatedly repeated the same scenario over and over again! My bill is from.11/2016. I will never use them again!!!! Oh and yes they are in network which is totally confusing!!!!November 29, 2016by Sylvia W
